Used to cut rock wool board or blanket across.
(2)Structure
Mainly consisted with the following parts:
(2.1)Belt conveyor
Consist with frame, roller, belt and drive parts.
(2.2)Cross-cutting machine
Cross-cutting machine is installed on the top of belt conveyor, and is consisted with saw frame and dust collection frame etc.
The cutting units are used to complete the production process, cutting product to the requested size. The cutting units generally include the following groups:
•Cutting and trimming of the lateral edges
•Longitudinal slitting unit
•Thickness band saw
•Cross-cutting unit
